Description
This is a Selmer Super Sax "Cigar Cutter" alto sax made in 1933, in Paris, France.
It has been fully stripped, washed and professionally rebuilt by our in store tech (£300 cost) plays perfectly.
Lovely condition in a original silver plate (99% intact)
It sounds as good as it looks - a beautiful, warm , punchy Selmer lead alto sound, not too spread, not too focused, perfect intonation.
Overall a superb, vintage, rare, French, classic horn - Cigar Cutters are increasing in value every year and are getting scarcer to find in this condition.
Comes complete with case and of course, our famous 12 month warranty!
